The manga installment was originally set to come out on this Sunday, February 28th but that it has now been delayed. There will be a sudden Black Clover break, being replaced by a one-shot titled DELETE.

While the magazine updates fail to mention the reasons for Black Clover 284 chapter delay, it is reported that Yuki Tabata is sick and needs some rest. The mangaka said in the author’s comment that he has been skipping the doctor’s appointment and he really needs to see one soon.
