Winds over Borderland have been on the increase. Today, on Tuesday the Storm and cold front affected the area of mountains.
According, to the weather forecast, Wednesday is coming with no good news for Borderland, in addition to this Borderlands will have the strongest winds, this week. This will not end even on Wednesday.
The weather forecast predicts that this wind storm is going to start from Wednesday and last through midnight Thursday for areas east of area mountains.
A straight 6-hour wind storm is forecasted and an alert will be announced for people living near the east side of the mountains.
As they are going to experience the strongest peak gusts. East side of mountains includes Northeast El Paso and White Sands Missile Range Headquarters. Alert will start from 10 a.m to 4 p.m Wednesday.
For people living in the west of the mountains, the High Wind Warning will begin Wednesday at 9 a.m. and last through 9 p.m.
Warnings of Widespread blowing dust, low visibility, and respiratory issues are circulated over the east and west side of mountains.
Since forests are dry over mountains due to which the dry wind can cause mass fire over El Paso.
A Red Flag Warning is in effect as a result of this possibility, from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday for El Paso and Hudspeth Counties.
These extreme dry Storm and windy conditions may lead to the rapid spreading of fire.
