Boruto chapter 53 spoiler panels also shows that Isshiki is badly beating Naruto and the Hokage falls down. Isshiki is about to kill Naruto when Kawaki interrupts and stops Isshiki.

Boruto 53 spoilers also shows that Kawaki removes his prosthetic arm and Isshiki tries to turn him into evil side. While the dialogue translations are still not out, it seems that Kawaki accepts the conditions of Isshiki to save Naruto and Sasuke is laying down injured in the second panel.
