Disney has made huge plans for the Star Wars universe and the critical feedback of their recent movies, “The Rise of Skywalker” and “The Last Jedi” won’t affect their plans so much. It is true that most of the fans didn’t like Star Wars Episode 9 but it still made a billion dollars on the box-office which is enough for Disney to make a new trilogy.

Also, Rian Johnson was signed with Lucasfilm and Disney for three more Star Wars movies and the deal is still in place. Disney also signed Kevin Fiege for a new wave of Star Wars properties and to bring similar levels of success as the MCU. The MCU boss is apparently a huge Star Wars fan and he is on board to bring Chris Evans for the next Star Wars trilogy.

Chris Evans will happily act in the Star Wars movies but the question remains whether the actor has his schedule free or not. Evans will soon start work on “The Gray Man” with Ryan Reynolds which will be directed by the Russo Brothers for Netflix.

Apart from that, Chris is also linked with a re-adaptation of “Little Shop of Horrors” with Greg Berlanti and a film about the Bermuda Triangle. But Hollywood actors are known to do multiple movies at a time and Chris Evans will surely adjust his time for Star Wars if the deal with Disney goes through.
