Cyberpunk 2077 release date should have been happened by now if it wasn’t for the COVID-19 pandemic. The RPG game from CD Projekt Red was announced years and fans have been waiting since then to play the futuristic game. Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay and characters look so stylish and the entire game from weapons to vehicles screams cyberpunk which is one of the most favorite genres of gamers.
CD Projekt Red earlier planned to reveal Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay and story details at E3 Conference but since that has been canceled due to the coronavirus outbreak, they will have their own event called Night City Wire. Cyberpunk 2077 Gameplay and Story Reveal at Night City Wire
Cyberpunk 2077 will be the main highlight of Night City Wire event which was earlier slated to happen on June 11. However, it was shifted after the recent protests over the death of George Floyd, where PS5 reveal event was delayed to June 11 and CD Projekt Red had to postpone Night City Wire to June 25 to avoid the possible clash.

Even though the gameplay and character V abilities are secret at the moment, a lot of new Cyberpunk 2077 details will be revealed at the Night City Wire event. There are rumors that V can summon fantasy creatures and warriors once he have a combat in cyberspace. While the game developers were quick enough to deny the rumors, it doesn’t mean V won’t have any futuristic information. Fans can expect Night City Wire to drop tons of new Cyberpunk 2077 information and possibly a new story and gameplay trailer will also be released.
Cyberpunk 2077 Release Date and COVID-19 Delay
Cyberpunk 2077 is slated to release on September 17, 2020, and fans are hoping that the COVID-19 pandemic won’t delay it further. CD Projekt Red has already delayed the game so many times and they have assured it won’t be postponed again. There will be soon more details on the Night City Wire event regarding what games will be displayed, how to stream the event, and so on. Cyberpunk 2077 new trailer is also expected to come out at the Night City Wire live stream on June 25.
