Dallas murder – lawsuit filed against The Tradition
On Tuesday, the family members of the six persons filed a lawsuit against the crime. However, the lawsuit is against The Tradition – Prestonwood, a complex for families living in that area.
The relatives of the deceased members claim that the complex failed to protect the families living there. Moreover, the owner of the complex tried to hide the deaths even when Billy Chemirmir got arrested.
The filed lawsuit claims that the murderer was able to get into the complex with ease. This happened for a couple of months and the complex – Prestonwood failed to make security conscious. The Tradition later released a statement of how the murder is a tragedy but they claim security being their top priority.
