Fortnite Tournament: Who can participate?
The tournament will be open to everyone when the qualifiers begin this Saturday on July 20. For the top 1,500 players that make it through that, the online finals will also begin on Sunday, July 21.
Unlike the Fortnite World Cup, which has separate groupings, this is a strictly Solos tournament, meaning you’ll need to be on your absolute best in order to come away with some winnings. For the full schedule of the tournament, make sure to check out below:

While Saturday might also be the start of the Xbox Cup for those on the console, it will also mark the latest live event to hit the world of Fortnite. Players with a keen eye might have noticed that the gigantic robot in Pressure Plant has been finished, and with giant countdown timers beginning to appear in games, things are all pointing towards an event taking place at 2 PM EDT on Saturday, July 20.
