Huawei allows business but makes the company on an entity list
During the G20 Summit, Donald Trump made statements with respect to do business with Huawei. He further added the US companies will be able to trade with Huawei and accessories which doesn’t harm any national security.
This means that it’s unsure when Huawei will start their business. However, companies like Intel and Xilinx reported about making soft decisions and restrictions against Huawei by the US government. Huawei spent around 11 billion dollars on US chipmakers like Intel and Qualcomm.
While the confirmation from the American government approves of making business with US companies. But, Huawei is still on the Entity list, which means the government barriers from making business with US companies. A long discussion and a final decision are yet to make between the two companies.
Moreover, Trump claims that Huawei is still a risk for the countries security. And now it seems like the US and China are far from making trade wars and got a breakthrough.
In addition, the tariffs which need to be implemented is drawn back whereas, China is ready to make a trade in agricultural products from US farmers.
How much time will it take to be back in the market?
As per now, the ban and trade war is coming to an end. But, it depends on the US government to remove the ban comprehensively. Huawei will take very few days to come back in the business.
During the ban took over in mid-May, the company stocked various components purchased from US companies to allow marketing during the three months ban.
The company rose to a very huge market with its sale from flagship devices. However, in 2019 the revenue they estimated will disrupt around 30 billion dollars below. In addition, the revenue doesn’t count the price for the damage the company handled from the ban.
The companies longtime goal to surpass Samsung in the top list of the smartphone market is scheduled.
