iPhone SE was launched just last month after much anticipation. The fans are now awaiting Apple’s next move. Industry sources bring us good news, revealing that the fans have something to look forward to – the iPhone SE Plus.
iPhone SE: Release Date
It remains unclear whether Apple’s original plans were to release iPhone SE Plus along with iPhone SE. However, reliable sources have made allegations that the Cupertino, California-based tech giant is in the works for the launch of the bigger entry-level smartphone sometime next year.
Jon Prosser, the popular Apple leaker, in a previous Twitter Q&A revealed to the fans that iPhone SE Plus “was scheduled for March 2021.” The information corresponds with a report that appeared earlier from the renowned analyst Ming-Chi Kuo stating the launch of a bigger device in first half of 2021. However, Kuo and Prosser later echoed an expected change of plans by Apple of postponing the release date further.
Yeah… I’d REALLY love an #iPhoneSEPlus like really, really.

iPhone SE Plus: Specs and Features
Because the launch is still over a year away, not much is known about specs and features as of now. However, both sources seem to able to give us an outline of the general specs that may be employed by Apple in the upcoming device.

Prosser has ruled out the possibility of an upgrade to the A14 chip. He stated the iPhone SE Plus will stick to the A13, much like the 2020 iPhone SE. Kuo seems to believe that the screen size could be either 5.5 or 6.1 inches, same as the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone XR, respectively.
The analyst has reported a number of changes in terms of appearance. For example the all-screen design with a display notch. Kuo, however, expects iPhone SE Plus to remain reliant on the power button embedded Touch ID.
