The new silicon chips will make the current MacBook Air models obsolete and it will be replaced by a new powerful and affordable entry-level laptops. MacBook Air is currently one of the best-selling Apple product that has been trusted by most of the laptop users as the perfect model.
New MacBook Pro models will replace the MacBook Air
Apple is planning to make a new version of 14-inch MacBook Pro as its entry-level laptop which will be lighter, powerful, and more affordable than the current-gen MacBook Air models. Whereas the 16-inch MacBook Pro will become the premium Apple laptop from the next year. Apple is not afraid to discontinue a product and replace it with the latest version as they did by replacing 12-inch MacBook with MacBook Air in 2019.
Apple Tipster Ming-Chi Kuo has hinted that 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro new models will release in the second and third quarter of 2021. Apple has yet not confirmed about canceling MacBook Air 2021 and one must only believe the rumors after it is officially confirmed.
