Microsoft Surface Book 3 is coming this year as per the leaked patent and designs for the laptop. The Surface Book series laptops are one of the best gadgets that the Windows OS based tech giant has to offer. There are several rumors which claim that Surface Book 3 could be a gaming laptop which would be amazing if true.
Surface Book 3 will offer major upgrades in specs and processing power, making it one of the most powerful laptops. Here is everything you need to know about the Microsoft Surface Book 3 release date, specs, design, rumors and other updates on the upcoming gaming laptop.
Microsoft Surface Book 3 Specs and Design Rumors
Surface Book 3 will arrive with high-end upgraded specs such as Intel’s 10th-generation processors, Nvidia’s 16 Series GTX GPUs, and Nvidia Quadro series. It makes sense for the third Surface Book to upgrade to 10th-Gen Intel processors as Surface Pro 7 and Surface Laptop 3 are already sporting the Intel’s Ice Lake Processors.
Microsoft will make the Surface Book 3 a gaming laptop with Xbox easy wireless controller support and Play Anywhere titles. The upcoming laptop will also offer hardware updates compared to the previous Surface Book 2 series laptops. The Surface Book 3 is reported to have 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage which will be upgraded to give faster transfer speeds.
The 2020 Surface Book 3 won’t differ much in terms of design compared to the previous models and will have the hinge. There will be slight exterior modifications in the Surface Book 3 such as a new charging port and Surface Connect port on the top of USB-A and USB-C ports. The leaked Surface Book 3 patents also suggest that there will also a secondary port located on the detachable keyboard.
