The third season of the Spanish show has already left viewers with mixed reactions. So, all the concentration is now on what Season 4 will contain.
Netflix confirms Money Heist Season 4
Warning : Content contains spoilers of Money Heist Season 3
Netflix had already given an idea of Money Heist Season 4 before the third season’s premiere. And now, Alex Pina confirmed in a press release last week that she has already started filming Season 4.
With a very thrilling ending to season 3, Alex Pino has left viewers with a lot to ponder. Alba Flores’ character Nairobi took a shot from a military sniper in the end.
Alicia Sierra was again spot on with her anticipation, giving thieves a run for their money. And Money Heist season 4 will definitely answer questions like whether Nairobi is dead and will the thieves escape.
Scriptwriter reveals little about upcoming season
In an interview to express.co.uk, scriptwriter Almudena Ramírez-Pantanella gave little information about what happens next. The team is stuck in a seemingly no escape zone and Nairobi’s fate seems inclined to dying.
But these glaring questions will remain fans hooked in anticipation and excitement of the next season.
“I am afraid I can’t tell much. What I can say is that it will be even more exciting than this third season.”
Pantanella joined the series in season 3 and will play a key role in scripting of Money Heist Season 4.
Although Season 3 has performed well at the binge watching portal Netflix, it has garnered mixed reviews. Some fans have gone on to compare the series with breakthrough hits like Breaking Bad, other have called it pathetic.
The show does lack a consistent thrill factor to it although that in part is because of the light mood created. The makers are happy with what they have managed and will capitalise on what worked for them than what didn’t.
The next part of the Netflix original Money Heist Season 4 is expected to premiere in 2020 and there’s much to look forward to indeed.
