New Splinter Cell in Development as Italian Voice Actor
Luca Ward, the Italian voice actor for Sam Fisher recently shared the details of a new Splinter Cell game in an interview. Ward revealed that a new “Splinter Cell” title is in works at Ubisoft and called it as a conclusive episode which was earlier scheduled to arrive this year. The VA also revealed about his role in the new Splinter Cell title and how the project is almost closer to the completion stage.
New Splinter Cell Release Date and COVID-19 Delay
Ubisoft has been in rumors about the development of a new “Splinter Cell” project and it seems that the reports are true. Even though the gaming studio didn’t announce anything apart from the new “Assassins Creeds: Valhalla” at the recent Ubisoft Forward event, Sam Fisher still made an appearance at the “Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad.”
Luca Ward also said that the COVID-19 pandemic has clearly affected the new Splinter Cell release date and it might be pushed back to 2021. He also added that other games like Cyberpunk 2077 are almost finished, but the Splinter Cell title will take some more time. But the VA assured about his involvement in the Splinter Cell storyline and said that it is a fact that he will return.
