Odell Beckham Jr. might very soon be leaving the Cleveland Browns and join the New England Patriots who defeated them by 27-13 in the last Sunday game. The two NFL stars met after their Week 8 game and had a long conversation. Beckham even gifted his Golden cleats, shoes that were made with woven goat hair to Brady.
In response, the future Hall of Famer from Patriots, Brady went with his son outside the locker room of Browns to thank him and they had a long conversation. With the Browns having the worst record in 2019 NFL season with winning only 2 games out of 7, Odell Beckham Jr. signing a new deal before the trade deadline is on the cards.
Patriots needs Odell Beckham Jr.
Odell Beckham Jr. is no doubt one of the best wide receivers in NFL but his tenure in Cleveland Browns has made him look like an amateur. Whether blaming Baker Mayfield as a quarterback is the right thing or not, it is evident that Beckham Jr. wants out of the team.
Tom Brady waited outside the Browns locker room with his son Ben to meet Odell Beckham. The three talked for several minutes.

Even when the star wide receiver was in New York Giants team, the Patriots coach Bill Belichick has once inquired about Odell but the deal couldn’t come through. Now that the timing is absolutely right, the Pats need a new wide receiver after the exit of Antonio Brown, and Odell Beckham Jr. could be the perfect fit for the second half of the 2019 NFL season.
Odell Beckham Jr. wants to leave Cleveland Brown
It is not like Odell Beckham Jr. is a bad player, in fact, he is one of the best wide receivers out there NFL has ever seen. Beckham Jr. has been called a GOAT (Greatest of All Time) and Tom Brady meeting him in person proves how important he is as a player.
Odell has been a Pro Bowler three times out of his five-year-old NFL career and he will continue to do so in future. Meanwhile, Tom Brady won’t be playing long in the New England Patriots as he is already 42 years old. The Pats know that they need to rebuild their roster with new stars and Odell Beckham Jr. could be the start of that team.
