Jason Reitman continues to expand the cast for his upcoming movie Ghostbusters. Ghostbusters 2020 will release in 2020 and Jason will continue to surprise us. It has been reported Paul is all set to play a teacher in this new project by Sony. Jason has always wanted to work with Rudd.

After his role in “Avengers: Endgame”, Rudd started working for “Living With Yourself,” which is a new Netflix series. And now he has joined the ‘Ghostbusters 2020’ cast.

Other predicted cast members include Carrie Coon along with Finn Wolfhard from “Stranger Things” and Mckenna Grace from “Gifted”.

Jason’s father, Ivan Reitman was the director of the first Ghostbuster and is the producer of the sequel, Ghostbusters 2020. This year Jason will walk on his father’s steps and direct a masterpiece. Jason has also written the screenplay of the movie along with Gil Kenan. It has been exclusively reported that the shooting of the movie will begin in the summers of the next year.

Unfortunately, no big details regarding the plot have been revealed. We only know that Ghostbusters 2020 will be an extension of the old one. A single mom played by Coon will be the focus of the film.

The son’s role will be played by Finn Wolfhard. We still don’t know, how to relate this information to the old Ghostbusters. The rumored reports say that we may witness Sigourney Weaver as Dana Barrett on the big screens.
