So, if you are a coffee fan, researchers might have a good news for you.
Your caffeine addiction is not going to harm you anymore. Scientists in a recent fact-finding have devised that coffee inflicts no profound harms on human health.
Coffee is the answer to every human problem
The Research was conducted at Queen Mary University of London with help from William Harvey Research Institute. The conclusions were based on studying 8,000 different people with varying coffee consumptions. The study incorporated participants, drinking from 5 to 25 mugs a day.
With the research, they have debunked the myth that drinking enough cups of coffee can stiffen your arteries or may help you die a little earlier than you expect.

The researchers, then divided the fellow participants into three groups: individuals who rely on two or three sips a day, people who drink one to three mugs a day, and fellas who take an average of five coffees a day.
However, the people with high caffeine intake showed no signs of cardiac arrests or stiffening arteries. It means they are no likely to suffer from strokes or heart attacks, as depicted by the old-times myth. For results, members’ age and weights were also recorded.
We should be hoping for some more researches to come up
Dr. Fung, the supervisor of data analysis team mentioned that despite the worldwide popularity of coffee, different reports had put people off from enjoying the sips. While they had not yet proved a causal link between coffee consumption and heart problems. Their research indicated that coffee isn’t as bad for the arteries as previous studies had suggested.

“We’d like to study these kind of people more closely in future so we can help them decode safer limits,” he told of the caffeine addicted group.
Much before the current theory, several classified studies have been conducted to test the relation between the two. And the results have been conflicting, every time.
It’s evident to see, people believing in theories without opting for the bright sides. But sometimes, it becomes difficult to filter out the most reliable news.
The famous, American Journal of Clinical Nutrition have also published their study on the very same issue. They have reported that an intake of more than six coffee cups in a day increases a person’s risk of heart failures by twenty-two percent.
The two of the theories have put us all perplexing and confused.
We need some more true sources to inspire us for a coffee detox. We don’t drink coffee, we live it.
