After a close yet smashing defeat from Indian music label, T-Series, the Swedish YouTuber, PewDiePie is now facing challenges against former Pakistani pacer, Shoaib Akhtar.

The Rawalpindi Express, Shoaib Akhtar is giving a pretty good run to PewDiePie in slamming for the fastest one million subscribers award on YouTube.

The former Pakistani bowler, Shoaib Akhtar revived his YouTube channel after dealing with a three-month shutdown from the platform.  This massive rise and success of Akhtar’s YouTube channel paced after the India-Pakistan World Cup Match 2019.

A significant chunk of cricket fans have taken interest in how the alleged cricketer keeps check on the slightest details and present it to his fans.  Who would have thought in dreams that a controversial bowler can overthrow a famous celebrity by miles to become number one.

If stats are followed,  Shoaib’s daily subscribers addition averages to 33,325, while that of PewDiePie remains just  23,107. However, both of the rising stars stand far behind T Series, where around 109,225 people hit the subscribe button everyday.

The records of past 30 days shows how Akhtar’s humorous cricket commentaries are surging up with 999,721 additions. While the gaming zones of PewDiePie is standing front with only 3,276,724 subscribers.

After his magical win at the platform, he thanked his fans and followers for their incredible support to fetch him the title of “the fastest growing” channel on YouTube.

Until now, Akhtar has been the fastest bowler in cricketing history with an unmatched speed, thundering much like the very speed of light. And hence he goes by the name, Rawalpindi Express.

Akhtar is known for his witty replies and a brilliant analysis for his playing sport. The viral sensation mercilessly roasts teams for their under-performances. In his latest video he thrashed his own Pakistani team for a queering defeat against India.

Akhtar has undeniably been a colorful cricketer of his time. In his career, he has made better headlines off the grounds rather on grounds. We congratulate the former pacer for his win.
