The Seoul based pop, BTS sensation has become the first Korean band to headline the massive, Wembley Stadium in UK.
The deserved hype and excitement
After grabbing the highest number of awards at Soompi 14th Annual Awards, the boy band, BTS is all set to create history again. The Saturday’s night was filled with glitter cannons and water specks landing through jet sprays.
The stadium was full of cheers, when the gang stepped on the stage. BTS played a record 24 songs and even paid their respective tribute to the legend, Freddie Mercury during the concert night.
Kim Nam-joon, more popular as RM among fans appreciated the artists of UK by saying that UK has a history of having the greatest of artists. He took the examples of The Beatles, Ed Sheeran, Coldplay and Adele.
It was their third ever concert in UK but the tickets for the first out of two night were sold unexpectedly within 90 minutes. Somehow, the hype at Wembley was triggered by their performance at O2 Arena in London.
They were not among the typical Wembley headliners, quite famous and celebrated among UKzens. But they have certainly created a strong fanbase among netizens that’s looking forward to rise at greater pace .
The journey for BTS is long ahead
Although, the event went well. The members were quite nervous before and during the show. Rapper/singer Suga told media that they barely got any sleep, a night before the show . That’s how nervous they were.
But their nerves surely made them work harder to fetch such a massive breakthrough. The members shone through their best during the songs, rap-rock, juggernaut, Fake Love and Make it Right by JB.
They also put their humor side on front while showing their groovy dance moves. 2019 has been a quite successful year for the band. BTS spent five consecutive weeks at the top of slots for Billboard 100 in May. Furthermore, BTS is the third band-group after Beatles and Monkees.
Loads of preparation has gone into having such an atmosphere. Thanks to all the wonderful people who worked behind the scenes to make it an experience to remember. pic.twitter.com/CmPWwT8hsx

They had their three albums at number one position on Billboard 200 in April. Their hit single Boy With Luv entered the charts of UK top 20.
The show at Wembley also had V’s pet dog who’s got a lot of approval screams after he lavishly popped up in a video.
We hope the band grows bigger with time and rule the hearts of their ARMY always.
