The Mandalorian Season 2 is currently filming and some new set photos and videos have been leaked online. The leaks from production sets are hinting towards a volcanic planet and several Empire vehicles which could be related to a flashback sequence.
There are also chances that ‘The Mandalorian Season 2’ might also mention a bit of Darth Vader even though he is not shown clearly such as Batman in the first season of Titans show. The Mandalorian Season 2 leaked video from the sets shows burnt trees and the smoldering remains indicating a volcanic planet or the aftermath big explosion. While the first season of Mandalorian had Navarro in similar settings, the new planet could also be Mustafar, where Darth Vader’s castle is located.

Tatooine was also featured in the first season which has huge lore in the original Star Wars trilogy and could also play a big part in ‘The Mandalorian’ season 2. Among the other set items, AT-ST and the TIE fighter were hidden from the sets indicating that flashback scenes from The Empire era could also be seen in the second season of ‘The Mandalorian’ Disney+ show.

The Mandalorian theories about the first season were somewhat accurate, while others turned out to be false and some will be verified in the second season. There are a lot of theories that Boba Fett will have a cameo in ‘The Mandalorian Season 2’ although it would just complicate things.
