Titans Season 2 ended on a much better note compared to the first season, which was kind of left hanging in the middle of a cliffhanger. Fans finally got to see the first live-action Nightwing as Robin has finally come to terms with his life and taken a more positive crime-fighting approach.

In the last episode of Titans Season 2, Gar and Conner (Superboy) were freed from the clutches of Cadmus and they re-joined the Titans group. Deathstroke was also defeated and the soul of his son Jericho was transferred to Rose, and he will now live inside her sister. It is still not clear whether Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke is dead or not as they might use him in the future.

There had to be a casualty so that the group learns they need to be together and it is why Donna (Wonder Girl) died while saving everyone. All the heroes attended her funeral and Hank and Dawn also re-joined the group thinking it is more important than their relationship. In the end, we got to see the first glimpse of Kory’s sister Blackfire, who will be the main villain of Titans Season 3.

Titans Season 3 has already been greenlighted by DC and work has started on the show. Starfire’s sister Blackfire will be the big bad of the third season and it will focus more on Kory losing her powers. Nightwing will be the leader of the group and there are also reports of more Justice League members apart from Bruce Wayne / Batman making a cameo in the third Season. DC’s Titans Season might release in late 2020 and the trailer should be out by June or Comic-Con 2020.
