The political candidates for US Elections 2020 will sell themselves with the best taglines and make promises to give the city, state, and country the best opportunity to thrive.
We have witnessed this during every election. However, what’s new is this US Elections 2020 is the first time ever people are bringing up marijuana legality.
Marijuana is a Schedule I drug

In spite, of the fact that in June 2018 FDA has approved a CBD based medication, the state considers it a schedule I drug.
Marijuana has been classified as one of the Schedule I drug in the US. A Schedule I drug is completely illegal. In spite, of the fact that in June 2018 FDA has approved a CBD based medication, the state does not approve of any medicinal benefits via marijuana.
According to the various surveys conducted, the majority of the American public is in favor of cannabis legalization. However, it is just a proposal, we need to be patient for a duration of fifteen months to find out if marijuana is legal.

This is not the first time sanders wants to legalize marijuana
In the year 2016, Sanders promised the legalization of marijuana. He was the very first presidential candidate of US Elections 2020 to support marijuana legalization. However, he lost the elections.

Don’t keep your hopes too high, because, despite a very positive response by the public and latest investments, there is a very high probability that the U.S. does not approve of this bold proposal.
If you are planning to make your heavy investments, hold your horses. Undoubtedly, the cannabis reform is a strong wave, but the reform has had been stepped upon for decades.
There are no guarantees that marijuana will be legal after the elections 2020
