Since 2008, Brett Garnder has been involved with the Yankees. Sunday’s Old-Timers’ Day at Yankee on Sunday will be an opportunity to get up to speed with a ton of his previous partners.
As usual, the 35-year-old outfielder is anticipating watching his resigned amigos and the majority of the other Yankees’ old-clocks play a little ball preceding his club’s arrangement finale against the Houston Astros.
“It’s a great deal of fun,” Gardner said after the Yankees beat the Astros 7-5 on Saturday night for their eighth win in succession.
“I realize the old-clocks appreciate returning and it’s daily that they anticipate, yet the dynamic players, we truly anticipate it too. This year there are many of my ex-colleagues that will be playing in it, with the goal that makes me feel old!”

“Be that as it may, it’s great to see those folks. Regardless of whether it be folks that I played with that are 40-to-45 years of age or a portion of the old-clocks that have been around quite a while, it’s amusing to lounge around and chat with a portion of those folks and sort of pick their cerebrums. It’s an extraordinary day.”
